A soul companion
It is part of our life’s purpose to awaken and heal. In 2004, I had a life changing healing experience when I learned about Nonviolent Communication and its transformational power. I wrote about it in the book Holistic Healing by Dr. Andrea Pennington. It was the beginning of a healing journey back to wholeness.
I became a certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication, a NARM Trauma Practitioner, iEMDR Coach, as well as a Havening Technique Practitioner (all three trauma specialties), Chakra Dance Facilitator and a Dyad Meditation Teacher.
In 2017, I founded the Global Dyad Meditation Project–a world-wide conscious online community that connects people–no matter where they are on the globe.
I was called to write the book The Power of Dyad Meditation – A New Way of Meditating in Times of Loneliness and Social Stress, published in June 2020 during the pandemic, and I am a co-author of several other books.
I deeply believe that change starts with us. Self-responsibility, the freedom to choose, daring to be who we are, genuine self-expression and generosity are values that truly matter to me.
