Spiritual Nonviolent Communication

An 8 Week Online Program

„ … Spirituality is at the base of Nonviolent Communication… it’s more than a communication process … It’s really a spiritual practice that I am trying to show as a way of life …“ Marshall B. Rosenberg

This 8 Week Online Program is a spiritual approach to the NVC model as an awareness practice. To live a spiritual life means to free ourselves from the blockages that hinder the free flow of love, compassion, light – our true essence. We will deepen our understanding and allow ourselves to thrive.

If you are not able to attend one of the zoom calls, don’t worry! The zoom meetings will be recorded and are accessible for you to watch online after the meetings. Having said this, I highly encourage you the set this time aside and commit to attend.

Here are the modules you can expect to go through during the program

Module I:  The highest form of intelligence is the ability to observe without evaluating. The art of thinking.

Module II: Triggers, hypersensitivity, blockages and resistance: Healing from trauma.

Module III: The Divine is present in us. Who are you? What do you really want? Your calling, your soul’s purpose?

Module IV: Living in spiritual congruence. Surrender to the inner guidance.

Conclusion

We are living in times of fundamental transition.

It is a normal reaction of our human nature to want to hold on to what we are familiar with. Yet, to grow means to open our hearts and surrender to the unknown.

In her book The Gift, 12 Lessons to Save Your Life, Dr. Edith Eger marks: We do not change until we are ready.

I trust, many of us are ready now. Are you?
