I was my mom’s second born even though she had been tested and declared infertile. Because of that my mom and dad decided to foster care two boys, Daniel and Michael and then found out my mom was pregnant with my sister Sabine. Three years later, I was born, then my brother Christian and as the grand finale, my twin sisters Sandra and Doris. So we ended up as a family of nine. Not bad for a women being told she was infertile 🙂

My earliest memory of searching for God is me being eight years old. In sleepless nights, waking up from bad dreams, I found comfort in reading my colorful huge children’s bible. My father was clear-voyant as a child and had a photographic memory in his teens and twenties. I must have inherited part of his abilities, at least I was gifted with a wonderful imagination and an excellent memory. I saw angels flying away at Christmas and Easter bunnies running around the house. And I sensed the beings of the other worlds which very often frightened me.

I was very excited to go to the USA. My exchange year turned out to be quite challenging though–feeling lonely, not daring to stand up for my wellbeing and my constant search for meaning were just of a few of them. But I learned my American English which would later become the language of my heart and soul.

I studied law and graduated with a Master’s degree in 1989 (LL.M). It was shortly after my graduation that I had my wakeup call. It was only one word: REINCARNATION. I heard my father talking to my older sister and they mentioned the word reincarnation. Immediately, I was hooked. I went to my father’s library and chose Raymond Moody, Life after Life, as my first book to read about all this new exciting openings.

I started to study the Eastern Scriptures, learned meditation and felt blessed with the knowing that I have been here on planet Earth many times before and most probably many more lives after my present life.

In August 1997, I met my Indian teacher, Dr. Kambhampati Parvathi Kumar, at a group living in Germany. He spoke about the Music of The Soul and the magic of Krishna’s flute music. My soul felt nurtured on a profoundly deep level. The retreat ended with a powerful fire ritual at the inauguration of a Krishna statue. Returning back home I felt a burning sensation at the sole of my feet for more than three weeks and the spiritual crisis that followed was intense.

During a conference in Russia about World Citizenship in 1996, I met a young woman Vyjayanthi from India. We immediately connected and in 1998, I visited her in India. I was invited to stay with her family for one month and the bonds became so strong, that many more visits would follow in the years to come.

“When ever you have a chance to see Robert Gonzales, go!” This was a message a friend sent me after he attended a training with Robert. I met Robert during a lunch break at one of his retreats in Southern Germany. As he writes in the forward of my book: “It was the beginning of a long friendship. Actually, a soul friendship.” I remember vividly that Robert gave me a hug when we said goodbye. And for a moment, I melted in his embrace and lost myself in the ocean of the Universe.

A major focus of my early years teaching NVC was teaching it in schools. For five years, I introduced teacher and children from Kindergarden up to 6th grade to the Giraffe Language – another word for NVC. I created teaching material for children and added beautiful illustrations to it, like this one by Stefan Stutz about compassion.

In 2008 I got introduced to the beauty and magic of Sedona and the areas closed by. There is a saying that Great Spirit created the Grand Canyon but decided to live in Sedona. Why don’t you come back and stay a bit longer, I heard an inner voice asking me during my second visit. So I decided to spend there six weeks in the Summer of 2010, only to be struck by shingles, the day I arrived. The mysteries  of the healing power of the seen and unseen in the red rocks was magical. Past life memories left me with a deep sense of being at home.

Being blessed with tremendous healing  and a spiritual life since my awakening in 1989, supported by NVC and Living Compassion, I wasn’t aware of the amount of trauma I was still caring in my system. It was in January 2016, living in a V-berth of a small sailing boat at the west coast of Mexico with my former partner when unattended trauma hit me like a thunderbolt. I knew something had to change. I flew back to Switzerland, starting my NARM journey with Dr. Laurence Heller to heal and recover from early childhood trauma, and to become a NARM trauma practitioner and since spring 2021 a NARM® Master Practitioner. Additionally, I am trained by Drs. Ron and Steve Ruden as a Havening Techniques® Practitioner and train as Havening Techniques® Trainer sind 2022.

In 2017 I received a vision to create an online platform for people to come together from all over the world and practice the Global Dyad Meditation. I wrote a book on the Power of Dyad Meditation which was publish in June 2020. In the meanwhile it is available in five languages, more will follow.

Spiritual NVC / EMBRACE

Spiritual NVC (new EMBRACE)  is my approach to combine the essence of NVC with trauma healing  (NARM/Havening), Dyad Meditation and ChakraDance, the dance of the soul so deep healing and reconnection is possible.
