NARM is the NeuroAffective Relational Model by Dr. Laurence Heller.

It addresses attachment, relational and developmental trauma, by working with the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties.

Healing complex trauma is a vehicle for transformation on a personal and collective level.

Havening stands for creating a safe haven

Havening Technique® is a revolutionary new healing method that uses simple touch to balance emotional distress, helps change hindering believes, improves personal performances and helps heal emotional and physical pain. It is also known as Delta Wave Techniques as the method is based on the current neuroscience. It’s easy to learn, can be self-applied, is rapid,  gentle and without side effects.

The Havening Technique was developed by Dr. Ronald A. Ruden, M.D., Ph.D.

 

The Healing Dialogue is a life changing technique, I learned from Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. I healed from deep emotional pain, I thought I would have to live with for the rest of my life. It marked the beginning of a journey of transformation not only for me but also for my family. Within only two hours, I would go through such a deep transformation, I could never have imagined being possible.

If you still carry pain about a person you lost connection with or you don’t have access to, there is hope. You can free yourself from that pain and find peace.
