This 8 Week Online Program is a spiritual approach as an awareness practice.
You will learn how the 4 steps of NVC can be used to deepen your spiritual practice and how DYADS and TRAUMA Healing Techniques can strengthen your NVC practice and allow you to thrive.
When: We will meet on zoom for three hours once a week on Tuesdays

If you are not able to attend one of the zoom calls, don’t worry! The zoom meetings will be recorded and are accessible for you to watch online after the meetings. Having said this, I highly encourage you the set this time aside and commit to attend.
These are the modules:
Module I: The highest form of intelligence is the ability to observe without evaluating which eventually opens your heart to love.
Module II: Healing from trauma. You receive tools to work with intense emotions, get an understanding of the neuroscience of your survival mode and what trauma is and how to heal from it.
Module III: The Divine is present in us. Who are you? What do you really want? Your calling, your soul’s purpose?
Module IV: Soul expression. Surrender to your inner guidance.
How: Whole group work, small group sessions, global online dyads etc. You will meet for weekly practice sessions with a soul buddy, you stay connected via telegram group and receive weekly meditations that support you during the week.
How much: You can choose to pay between USD 377 (my preference) / USD 177 / USD 77 for the entire 8 week program according to your circumstances.
